How do you define beauty? Health is beautiful – a healthy body, mind and spirit.
What are some healthy lifestyle changes women can make for beauty? Make health goals. Exercise at least 5 days a week and embrace a healthy diet with at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Schedule exercise in your agenda book and plan your meals. You will feel and look fantastic!
Do you have any recommendations for beauty boosting foods? Drink lots of water, eats at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables and try to get some fish and/or omega 3 fatty acids in your diet.
When do you feel the most beautiful? When I can do something good for other people.
What are some of your favorite beauty products/tips for looking perfect in a pinch? Exfoliate the skin with some sea salt or baking soda and moisturizer to follow.
How do you stay healthy on the go? Exercise to good music or pack some comfortable shoes and go for a walk.
