DIY Pumpkin Face Mask Recipe

2 tsp canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp whole milk
1/4 tsp heavy whipping cream (optional)
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

Combine the pumpkin, honey (a regenerative antiseptic that hydrates) and milk (an effective exfoliant) in a small bowl.

If you have dry skin, add heavy whipping cream (to moisturize and further exfoliate). If you’re more oily, add ¼ teaspoon apple cider (to promote skin circulation and regulate pH balance).

Apply to face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water after 10-20 minutes. Follow with moisturizer.
