Here are 5 fitness expos worth checking out…

1. ECA World Fitness, March 6-9 2014, New York City

ECA World Fitness Alliance is a three-day fitness extravaganza featuring world renown top fitness instructors and classes from Thursday evening through Sunday, taking place at the Marriot Marquis. You’ll get a sneak peek at new programs before the public has a chance!
