5 Ways To Get Fit On The Go
In the shower… The warm water while showering will help you muscles to relax, making it a perfect time to stretch! I love to do my hamstrings and also my pecs using the wall for balance.
While making breakfast… Do some tricep dips using your kitchen bench while you are waiting for your oats to cook in the microwave or your toast to pop!
While brushing your teeth… try doing some calve raises while standing in front of the mirror. Raise up onto your toes and lowering down slowly.
When doing your hair… do a squat hold instead of sitting down.
As you’re walking out the door… Do some lunges down the hall way and out the front door on the way to work.
