“Fitspiration,” those pictures or mantras designed to “inspire” you to “get fit” (not healthy, just “fit,” whatever that means) is one of those things that seemingly has all the right intentions… it just falls oh, so short.
And dangerously so.
When I stumbled upon a BuzzFeed article correcting popular “Fitspiration” images, (yes, correcting – not editing,) I immediately loved it.
Especially this one:
