So the question is, how can you feel great and exude this kind of energy? It may sound odd, but exercise is the most natural and fast way to change any negative or just plain tired dreary energy! You don’t need fancy equipment or a gym membership; I have created this Positive Power Workout just for you. The next 12 minutes can literally re-charge your energy and put you in a totally different mood!

One of the quickest ways to get those’ feel good’ endorphins going is to really move your body, work it, push it, sweat out all the negative! Not to mention the long-term effects this type of exercise has on your mind, your spirit and your body – there really is no down side. So as you sit behind your computer screen reading this, make a decision RIGHT NOW, to plan to do this workout – there is no reason you can’t. If you have 15 minutes, that’s all you need. And we ALL Have 15 minutes – it’s about prioritizing this in your life.

Plie Sunshines – 30 seconds

High knees – 30 seconds

REST – 15 seconds

Burpees – 30 seconds

REST – 15 seconds

Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

REST – 15 seconds

Tuck Jumps – 30 seconds

REST 30 – 60 seconds
