10 Beauty-Boosting Ingredients You Should Add To Your Next Juice or Smoothie
It’s rare that I come across new beauty-boosting food ingredients but a few weeks ago, when I tried Cryotherapy at Cold + Thirsty, I found myself perusing (and subsequently sampling) a host of new ingredients found in the juices at Renew Juicery (the “thirsty” part of Cold + Thirsty).
They were delicious. Moreover, I was enamored by their beauty benefits!
Needless to say, I wanted to know so much more so, naturally, I asked Brooke Rewa (founder of Renew Juicery and co-founder of Cold + Thirsty) to share her favorite unexpected beauty boosting smoothie and juice ingredients with us so we can all make our next beverage a toast to beauty.
