6 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled, cored and diced
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey

Mix kiwi, mango, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, olive oil and honey in bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before refrigerating until ready to serve.

Kiwi & Honeydew Soup

4 Kiwis, peeled and diced
1 honeydew melon, peeled and seeded
1 lime, juiced
12oz pineapple juice

Blend honeydew, lime juice and pineapple juice until smooth. Pour into bowls and top with diced kiwis.
