Fried Foods & Chips. Even if the label says “No Trans Fats,” many chips and other fried foods nevertheless contain trace amounts of these libido lowering fats as a byproduct of processing.  More specifically, while the initial ingredients may be trans fat free, the processing often creates these unhealthy fats which clog the ventricles and organs of the body and limit sperm and egg health.

The sex exercise!

Cupcakes, Cookies, Cake & More. Whether you prefer pastries or macaroons, scones or muffins, baked good that combine flour and sugar spike glucose levels, which can reduce sexual desire and causes hormonal imbalances.

Soy. Soy products (yes, even you beloved soy lattes!) can affect your sex drive because of their high estrogen levels.

Ice Cream, Milkshakes & Cheese. Dairy (especially high-fat dairy) can affect your menstrual cycle by exacerbating cramps and bloating and further depleting energy levels. Plus, it can decrease your libido.

Meat. Most meats (including poultry and fish) have added hormones, antibiotics and chemicals, which can create a hormonal imbalance. Even worse, though, are fatty meats, which contain high levels of saturated fats and cholesterol known to clog your arteries and blood vessels, making it difficult to achieve orgasm and maintain arousal. And if you need more reasons to try some more meat-free meals, vegetarian women (especially those who eat a lot of chlorophyll-rich foods, such as parsley, wheatgrass and watercress, as well as pineapple, pineapple juice and cranberry juice) are said to have more pleasurably tasting vaginas – sexy, we know.

Alcohol. Think happy hour makes you happy? Not if getting laid impacts you happiness! Frequent use of alcohol (yes, even weekend cocktails count!) suppresses your libido, decreasing your sex drive and your sexual satisfaction.
