Packed with kale, spinach, and avocado (some of the greens you need for health and beauty from the inside out!), strawberries and bananas (for sweetness), and hemp milk and seeds (for their vegan protein to keep you strong, full, and energized), Molly Sims‘ ultra-thick and creamy smoothie bowl is everything that breakfast should be: delicious, beautiful, healthy, energizing, and satisfying!

Molly Sims’ Green Smoothie Bowl Breakfast Recipe

½ ripe avocado
2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 large handfuls spinach
1 small handful kale, large stems removed
1 ½ to 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or coconut water
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Optional Toppings:

Blackberries
Blueberries
Goji berries
Sunflower seeds
Flax seeds
Sesame seeds

Place all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide smoothie between two bowls and decorate with desired toppings for the perfect breakfast recipe!
