Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe
3 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
This healthy oatmeal breakfast recipe is what we call a ‘combine and cook’ recipe because it only contains one step in the prep. Simply combine all of the ingredients and then cook! Make sure to stir the mixture well and then spread it in a greased 9×13 oven-safe pan. Next, bake it at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The oatmeal is best served warm and you can add milk if desired.
