How To Make Healthy Broccoli Fries

They’re packed with fiber, a bit sweet, Delicious (yes, with a capital D), and way healthier than your usual fries (made with white potatoes and deep fried). Plus, they’re insanely easy to make. Literally, if you can chop and turn on the over, you can make broccoli fries!

Here’s how…

Healthy Broccoli Fries Recipe

4 stalks of small broccoli heads (or 2 of large)
Olive oil
Sea salt

Preheat oven to 375.

Slice the broccoli stalks thinly (so they’re approximately the width of a McDonald’s french fry – hey, figured I’d give a relevant reference!).

Toss the slices stalks with olive oil, to coat.

Place evenly on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake the broccoli fries for 45 minutes, tossing every 15-20 minutes to ensure even cooking.

The broccoli fries should be tender on the inside and crispy on the edges (like all the best fries are!).
