Healthy Baked Apple Oatmeal Recipe with Blueberries
½ cup dry oats
1 granny smith apple
¼ tsp cinnamon
Blueberries, to taste
Core and dice granny smith apple, leaving the skin on. Add water to dry oats as indicated on oatmeal instructions. Stir in diced apple prior to cooking, again as per instruction on oatmeal. When cooked, stir in blueberries and cover for 1 minute to warm blueberries. Top with cinnamon and serve.
