Yeah, yeah, we know… Halloween is all about the candy, and we’re not one to deny you.
But before you find yourself (or your kids!) making a dinner out of candy corn, try making these healthy Banana Ghosts (as an appetizer at least!).
Plus, they’re a great year-round treat too!
Chocolate Banana Ghosts
1 ripe banana, carefully peeled
3-4 cacao nibs
Carefully peel the banana to maintain the “peaks” on both ends. Cut the banana in half and lay flat. Arrange 2 small cacao nibs (or chocolate chips!) as eyes and 1 large (or 2 small) nibs (or chips) as a mouth. Serve immediately.
