No grill? No problem! This healthy tilapia recipe can be made on the grill or on a Panini press, making this healthy dinner recipe ideal for when you can fire up the grill in the summer or are just looking for a fresh, light fish dish all year long.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Tilapia filets
1 Mango
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 lime
Cilantro, to taste
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Garlic

Drizzling the fish with olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic, to taste. Place on grill or Panini press, flipping once the fish starts to look opaque. While the tilapia is cooking, make the mango salsa. Chop and combine the mango, red onion and red pepper into a medium sized bowl. Finish it off with the juice of one lime and some cilantro, to taste. Once the tilapia is golden brown, serve with a heaping spoonful of the salsa.
