Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1 (12.3 oz.) extra firm lite tofu, drained
3 cups apple juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 small ripe banana, peeled
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth. Serve cold.
