Salad Stew Recipe

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Small Sweet Peppers
2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
1/2 Head Romain Lettuce
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Roughly chop the peppers and tomatoes and add to pan. Sauté mixture until the peppers begin to soften. Roughly chop the lettuce and add to the pan. Toss before covering until the lettuce wilts. Add black pepper and red pepper flakes, to taste. Serve immediately.
