Quick, Easy, + Gluten-Free Sardine Tacos Recipe
Listen, I know what you’re thinking: “sardine tacos, ewww.”
But you’re wrong because:
A. sardines are DELICIOUS (well, if you like fish, anyway);
B. they’re literally beauty food in can, jam-packed with protein, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, niacin, and vitamins B6, B12, A, D, E and K, all essential for radiant hair and skin; and
C. when has a taco ever not been ah-mazing?!
Even better: these literally take 45-60 seconds to make so there is no excuse not to try ’em!
1-Minute Sardine Tacos
2 Mi Rancho Organic + Gluten-Free Corn Tortillas
1 can Wild Planet Wild Sardines in Olive Oil
1-2 Tbsp Sir Kensington’s Mayonnaise
Salt + Pepper
Place the corn tortillas on a plate a microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until soft. Meanwhile, drain the sardines and set aside. Once the tortillas are ready, spread 1/2 to 1 Tbsp mayo on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with half of the sardines. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
