Sprouted Blueberry Acai Overnight Oats (Raw + Gluten-Free!)

A donut on the go? That just won’t cut it.

For a hearty, filling breakfast that will give you the energy you need without the added sugars you don’t, try this raw and gluten-free overnight oat recipe. It uses sprouted oats for easier digestion (and more nutritional benefits!) and it’s packed with acai, nicknamed “the beauty berry” because of all its beauty boosting preterites!

Bottom line: breakfast just got more beautiful.

Raw + Gluten-Free Sprouted Blueberry Acai Overnight Oats

2 cups sprouted gluten-free oats
2 cups raw almond milk
1 scraped vanilla bean
1 heaping tbsp raw acai powder
2 drops stevia
1 pint blueberries

Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries in a large glass bowl. Stir until the oats begin to absorb the almond milk before covering and refrigerating overnight.

In the morning, top with fresh blueberries and serve.
