Sweet & Raw Nectarine Salad Recipe
1 nectarine (or peach), sliced
Red onion rings, about 10 or so
½ bunch of arugula
6 black olives (preferably Kalamata)
Olive oil, to taste
Lemon juice, to taste
Add the nectarine and red onion to the arugula. Add olives and toss lightly. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, to taste.
