Sweet or Salty Roasted Pumpkin Seed Recipe
Raw pumpkin seeds
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Rinse seeds and pat dry. Toss pumpkin seeds with enough olive oil to coat lightly. Spread the seeds evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle with either sea salt or cinnamon (or both!) depending on your sweet or salty preference. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until they begin to brown.
