Blue Beauty: How To DIY Giorgio Armani Spring/Summer 2013 Makeup

Spring goes oceanic chic at Giorgio Armani Spring/Summer 2013 – and in our makeup routines.

With a collection primarily in black, turquoise and grey, softened with lightness and reflection, as if viewed through a “kaleidoscope that separates, refracts, and illuminates,” the Giorgio Armani Spring/Summer 2013 runway show made fashion – and beauty – oceanic chic.

Makeup Artist for Giorgio Armani Cosmetics, Linda Cantello, shows us to get the look at home.

Moisture clean skin with Giorgio Armani Crema Nera Extrema ($155) and Crema Nera Eye Compact ($155) before applying Giorgio Armani Maestro fusion make-up ($62) for a luminous matte, cool finish.

Smooth Giorgio Armani Maestro Eraser ($40) under the eyes and around the nose, as needed.

Lightly dust skin with Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Powder ($427) for a matte, highlight-free finish.

Apply the grey eye shadow from the Giorgio Armani Eyes To Kill Quad Palette in Maestro ($59) all over the eye with a rectangular geometric shape in the inside corner of the eye, blended to the outer corner in a triangular shape.

Mix the blue eye shadow from the Giorgio Armani Face & Eye Palette Spring Collection 2013 in Coral Bliss ($88) with water before drawing a thick line on the eyelid, close to the lashes.

Draw a thin line of Giorgio Armani Black Eyeliner ($28) very close to the lash line.

Finish with Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Lash Stretching Mascara ($30), applied generously.

Apply Rouge d’Armani Sheers ($30) from the Spring Collection 2013 to lips for a natural pout.
