Bright, white teeth are paramount to a confident smile. So, if you love citrus fruits, rinse your mouth with water after you eat to wash away the harmful acids that can weaken the enamel.
Those of us who are a bit obsessive about the color of our choppers know the main culprits: coffee, tea and red wine – or so we thought. But, according to renowned cosmetic dentist Dr. Irwin Smigel, white wine can stain even worse than red! Who knew?
