“Start in a plank position with your shoulders directly over your hands and your pelvis in line with your spine,” says Brooke Taylor of Taylored Fitness. “As you inhale bend your elbows and lower your chest down towards the ground. As you exhale straighten your arms. Hold the plank position and alternate bending the knees in towards your chest completing four runners. Then repeat one push up, four runners, 12 times.”
