For any of you fortunate enough to have worked out with Lacey Stone (perhaps you’ve been there with us in her Spin class at Equinox), you know that the former Division I athlete and top NYC trainer motivates with the best of ‘em. With her cheerleader-like personality and her strikingly strong body, Lacey doesn’t really need much more help in the motivating category. Heck, we would do anything she said if we could be as fit (and happy about it!) as she is. That being said, Lacey pulls out all the stops, including a stellar song selection designed to pull you through even the toughest of workouts. We are, therefore, thrilled to announce that, from now on, The Beauty Bean’s monthly playlist will come courtesy of the lovely Lacey Stone herself.
